Most leagues are added into the game around a chance, typically through a random chance of spawning in Maps. While this was nice for a few leagues, we are now at the point where two to POE currency trade three events can happen in 1 Map at the same time. With the inclusion of Orbs of Delirium and the league itself such as older league mechanics, it can get fatiguing having to handle half of a dozen meta-game systems at the specific same time every Map.

Every Delirium encounter drops shards which will craft this Map after 100 are all combined. Very similar to leagues such as"Breach" and"Legion," 100 splinters will create a dedicated Map that will store a challenging encounter which, when successfully completed, will reward a huge quantity of loot. Unlike many leagues,"Delirium" just has one endgame Map to play rather than Breach's four or Legion's 5. This could result in Simulacrum runs getting very dull after repeated runs. The loot could also be underwhelming within this Map also, which may further exacerbate this situation.

While splinters are very likely to be plentiful in Delirium experiences, the drops monsters have themselves might be underwhelming. Some leagues at Path of Exile added quantities of critters that contributed to currency profits and Map drops. Leagues that focused more on bosses like"Bestiary" were disliked since there was little to compensate for the lack of money drops each Map. While"Delirium" doesn't appear to have an problem with monster quantity, a deficiency of good rewards from such monsters could result in players skipping encounters altogether, especially if the Simulacrum Map is not rewarding enough.

Each league at Path of Exile has pushed on the game's visual quality and performance. It was not unusual to POE currency for sale have the sport temporarily freeze in the past few leagues due to the sheer number of things occurring. Worse yet, this could make console versions of the game drop to the single digits if not optimized correctly, which makes this league unplayable about the Xbox One or PlayStation 4 consoles. This might be the best league created for Path of Exile, but that won't be any good if no one can actually play the brand new content without massive performance issues.
